[java-gnome-hackers] Upgrading public branches

I'm going to upgrade java-gnome's 'mainline' branch to the 2a format
this weekend, unless anyone actively contributing is in some kind of
dire strait and cannot get a Bazaar that speaks that repository format
(that would be bzr >= 1.16.1 apparently, although I'd really encourage
you to be using bzr 2.0.0 now that it's widely available).
