Hail to all Java-GNOME Hackers,

I started working on covering libnotify 3 weeks ago to be used in my own
application, JKota[1], and finally the coverage is just enough to be
usable (can create and display) notifications) but the detailed coverage
is missing. Before proceeding with further development; I want to hear
your ideas, especially on org.gnome.notify.Notify and its inheritance.

I pushed the branch[2] to my hacker space and committed JKota
revision[3] using it to its GTK branch.
