[java-gnome-hackers] release candidate 3

I cut another release candidate; java-gnome 4.0.10-rc3 is up.

The NEWS entry is done (up on website but not in 'mainline' yet). The
only thing left is clean up the PDF example and add the "doodle" image
to it.
