[java-gnome-hackers] release candidate 2

I cut another release candidate; java-gnome 4.0.10-rc2 is up. The
library is in "works for me" state (I am fairly actively hacking on a
large code base which uses a lot of the things that entered java-gnome
this cycle, so I always keep an eye out to see if all our assumptions
are holding up).

All that really need doing now is for someone to write a nice
comprehensive NEWS entry reflecting what we've been up to. That, of
course, will likely be me, but I'm kinda busy right now so it might have
to wait a bit.

Anyway, we're otherwise release ready.

Naturally if someone has a bug or problem they want addressed there is
always no time like the present to speak up.
