[java-gnome-hackers] Memory management improvements

Hi!

I have beginning to work on fixing memory management
issues. The attached patch adds the needed
infraestructure to our code generator, and also
improves the memory management for GObjects. This fix
the bug I told you yesterday, and also the problem
found in FileChooserDialog unit test.

Please test it, but do not merge it to mainline yet.
New memory management model still needs more testing
before being stable.
