Hello,

I'm trying to implement the interface of GtkBuilder. GtkBuilder uses 
gobject introspection to find the constructors of classes if the class 
isn't registered yet in gtk. When using GtkBuilder from java-gnome that 
doesn't seem to work. Should I expect introspection to work for C code 
in java-gnome (of course it does'nt work for java code).

I'm working on a GIR based parser implementation but I don't think it
has anything related with GtkBuilder introspecting class constructors.
So what I suspect is you either don't link against gir or dont have the
typelibs

GtkBuilder doesn't use GIR introspection.
My question should have been:
Should opening the GModule representing the main program with with 
g_module_open() work?

GtkBuilder uses g_module_symbol() to get pointers to the constructor of 
an object only named in string.
