[java-gnome-hackers] Fedora related FIXMEs in the configure script.

Hi all,

When I was attempting to build java-gnome for Fedora, I took the
liberty of correcting a few "FIXME"s in the configure script.

This patch was done against java-gnome 4.0.19:

Here's a bzr bundle instead:

http://mbooth.fedorapeople.org/configure-script-fixmes.patch

I hope that's the correct format, I'm not an experienced bazaar user.

This bundle looks good for me, I guess it can be merged in 'mainline'.
