I am pretty sure our gtk+ requirements have not magically been upped in the
recent releases. If the patches provided in the win32 bug (
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=339270) does not work, you should
consider commenting on the bug or emailing Rob directly to get further
assistance.
