Thanks! I think I originally installed (older versions of) the Gentoo
packages, which sorted out some dependencies for me, but then I ran into
a bug which you guys fixed within about 24 hours, so I had to use CVS to
continue. I see that there are updated Gentoo packages now, and I'll
give them a try soon.
By the way, I'm giving a presentation at FOSDEM 2006 about my success
getting JFreeChart to run with GNU Classpath and Cairo. I've tweaked a
couple of things in my CairoGraphics2D class and I'm getting some really
nice output now - I'll put the presentation and all the details online
after FOSDEM (at the end of the month). I'm happy to contribute the
CairoGraphics2D code to cairo-java if you think it fits (I think it does).
