Calling mytoolbar.showAll() fixed this one. doh.
Unfortunately, it no longer takes note of the gnome setting for
displaying just icons. There isn't a toolbarButton widget either;
buttons look very strange. Guess I'll have to keep looking for somebody
with more gtk knowledge to fix this one. Can anybody here help?

This example passes null for some strings, causing the crash. pssing
nulls will often fail in java-gnome at the moment. We should probably
overload the method in thei case, with the help tip omitted.
