I've been looking for a Java-based astro-library.
These are some of the capabilities I was hoping to
find. Perhaps you might add them to your library?

Rise, transit, and set time of an astronomical body
(planet, star, sun, moon, etc.)

Sunrise and sunset times.

Times of civil, nautical, and astronomical twilight.
