#2 specfile alternatives

Currently a number of configuration files are almost the
same except for the CSP specification to load. (same
log template, same predefined event sets, same
debuggee).
To limit the number of configuration files it would be
nice have the possibility of specifying a list of
appropriate CSP specifications. When starting the
JassdaUI with such a config file a pop-up will request
which file to load to the editor.

E.g.:
<choose-spec>
<specification file="../conf/CSPprocesses.csp"/>
<specification file="../conf/ArgumentsAttributes.csp"/>
</choose-spec>

instead of:
<!-- specification file="../conf/CSPprocesses.csp"/ -->
<specification file="../conf/ArgumentsAttributes.csp"/>

(in conf/ArgumentsAttributes.xml)
