The problem is that when the summary section overflows,
it is not accompanied by the page or column headers and footers.
This is also true for the title section.
To obtain a special summary section that is accompanied by the page and
headers and footers, you can use the group footer section of a dummy report
with an null group expression.
Having a null expression, the dummy group will break only once per report,
so its group footer will display only once, in the end, almost like the
