Sounds very promising. Looks like it can extend the functionality of Jason, without messing up the programmers intuition.

The hard deadline feature proposed by AgentSpeack(RT) is now available in the SVN and will be included in the next release (1.3.10). See demos/hard_deadline for and example of use.
