#2 jasmin.jar is release 2.3 is corrupted

Actually it is (almost) empty and thus cannot be run
since there is no jasmin.Main inside of jasmin.jar. Sure:

java -jar jasmin.jar Something.j

does not work. Has something changed or it is really a
bug (would mean the version 2.3 is unusable).
