#16 fix for tar/gzip portability

All installs on Solaris nicely except for one tiny
detail.

In the 'install' script you use a non portable 'tar
zxf' rather than going the more portable route.

Old syntax was

system("tar zxf
$cwd/modules/$modules{$index}->{package}");

New portable method for non GNU tar

system("gzip -dc <
$cwd/modules/$modules{$index}->{package} | tar xf -");

It's hardly critical, but will save FAQ mail I'm sure.
