#14 Popup Window Request

I like most of what I find in Jarl, but the one feature that keeps me from fully embracing it is the lack of popup windows. We use Jabber where I work and we sometimes chat instead of using the phone. If I am using the Gabber client and someone needs to ask me a question, a window pops up indicating that someone wants to chat. With Jarl, all I get is a beep, which I often don't hear. My screen is normally filled to excess with overlapping windows and Jarl is usually at the bottom. When a chat request come in, it would be great is something popped up and said "So-and-so wishes to chat" or something like that.
