#5 errors in JavaDoc

There are a few typos in the JavaDoc (such as 'parm'
rather than 'parms' in the static version of
ArgumentProcessor.processArgs()), and few cases, like
ParameterDef.getDescription() that seem to have been
cut and pasted without correction.

Caught because I watched the output from JavaDoc
closely; there may be other places where the
documentation is out of date but syntactically correct
that I haven't noticed.
