- Branching off to fix pom errors
- Make jamwiki-war unpack a reactor dependency rather than download jamwiki-core, this fixes the need to call mvn install in the first place
- web depends now on core tests classes from the reactor rather than ext. repo, fixes the problem above too

The entire build can now run with a single "mvn package" ;-) finally
