I've been running this successfully from USB stick but tonight the desktop background and icons have vanished leaving a black screen. I still have a bar along the top with connections etc on the right (network etc) and a button on the left which opens a small window where I can get at Jamulus and other programs.

But the friendly desktop / icons have disappeared. How do I get them back?
