Hi Laurent,
Is there any reason not to upgrade to Ubutu Studio 20.04.
Regards
Colin
Hello Colin,
I did not try to upgrade to Ubuntu Studio 20.04 from Jamulus OS v1.06
If you do that you will possibly loose Jamulus os custom packages but using the install package should enable you to restore some of them:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/jamulus-os/files/JamulusOS/v1/install-package/
Once you've upgraded to 20.04, install the install package v1.07 and you'll be able to use jamulus again.
If you give it a try, please report your success/failure here.
BR, Laurent
Worked perfectly for me. Thank you so much. ...and I now get the lovely Hardware settings (For Jamulus)
I'm running Ubuntu mate 20.04, ubuntu studio installed from synaptic package manager, on an old laptop (intel core duo p7350 @2 Ghz, 4 gig RAM.
