When using 64 audio buffer, you must select --fastupdate on server side. But i believe you should ask Jamulus team https://github.com/corrados/jamulus/issues to be sure.

I have reinstalled and am on the latest version of Jamulus. Per this post I am only having issues with the 2.67 ms (64) setting selected. Please see this post: https://sourceforge.net/p/llcon/discussion/software/thread/05f9df7cc5/
