Ideally we would like license headers in all the source files, each package have a copy of the license text included in their source, and a new release of each package with the license text if possible. I'm not sure what your release schedule/process looks like for each of the packages, but a new stable release with only the license related changes would be great. If that isn't doable then we could probably do a release of the latest stable with a patch from your repo containing just the license info. If devel is functional we could also do a pre-release package.
