#10 Serial Master Request Null

i want to create master to send data to my connected slave on 247 (slaveID) and want to write data at 10080 and repeat 1 time and i am uploading my hole program. please send where i did mistake .

where it is connecting to slave is successful and response is getting null so what changes i need to do here
