    Hello

I want to talk to an device, which has a diffrent PDU adressing. The addressing starts with 0.
When I use modpoll, I can talk to the device with the option -0

    (modpoll 3.4 - FieldTalk(tm) Modbus(R) Master Simulator
Copyright (c) 2002-2013 proconX Pty Ltd
-0 First reference is 0 (PDU addressing) instead 1).

How can I do this with jamod. Is is it possible?

    kind regards
    michel

Welcome to Modbus. This is perhaps the first, and most confusing, thing about Modbus.

When you reference "address 1", you use the value 0. You may also see address "40001". The first digit is often the type of object -- input register or holding register or coil or discrete. But the actual value is "0".
