Fixed FreeBSD compile-time warnings and added JAM_* manual pages. No code changes, so if you don't wish to update - don't do it for now ;-)

I am looking for Bjorn Stenberg, original JAMlib author. Once upon a time he had email address Bjorn.Stenberg AT sth DOT frontec DOT se, which was mentioned in JAMlib documentation.

Now this email seems to be invalid. If anyone knows how to find Mr. Stenberg please mail me or send him link to this page, since I am NOT trying to takeover his project and I want that he at least know, that his project is still in development.... read more
