#3 spectrum bands not registering

30.5 and 40 bands only on the spectrum seam to not be
updating at all. i am using stock configured 0.95.0

I also just noticed that when switching screens, those
two bands seam to re-draw differently...

    The maths of frequency space FFTs and pitch space display mean that there's very little data in those bands - they're just there because its what the spec says. I guess we could process those bands a different way, I'll give it some thought.

    CVS version exhibits the same behaviour on bands 31.5 & 50 bands.

    50Hz band is very important to me (frequency of European power supply buzzes).

    I have not been able to find the incriminated code yet. If anyone know where to look, please let me know.
