#5 Deleting global groups. Can't reasign users

If you delete the global group of existig users you
can't give them another group as global group.
You get in the place of the combo box an error when it
tries to get the global group id around the line 170:
$gid = $group->GetId();

There is also another flaw, this variable isn't used in
the rest of the function, why keep it?

I've fixed this checking for errors when getting group
and role ids. See the attached file.
