Is there any way to write a script seperately (like a function) which is reapted several times, and use that function whenever it is needed. it should be able to accept the parameters.

This is one of the main concepts of Jameleon. There are ways:
- Write a custom tag: http://jameleon.sourceforge.net/getting-started/customFunctionalPoints.html
