#10 make db intialization scripts

Make a sql directory with SQL scripts to initialize a
JDBC database for different repositories. E.g.,
mitrepository.sql, mailboxrepository.sql. Users will
not need to run these for the embedded hsqldb database,
since we will already have run them. (We don't want to
require a run of these scripts since running SQL
scripts is OS and/or Database-specific).
