#492 Jalopy-jedit, message-view should be dynamic loadable

For jedit4.3(rc3) jalopy-jedit and message-view should support dynamic
loading.

[warning] MessageViewPlugin:
org.gjt.sp.jedit.view.message.MessageViewPlugin should extend
EditPlugin not EBPlugin since it has an empty handleMessage()
