Jajuk 1.2 released

The jajuk team is pleased to announce the org.jajuk 1.2 release!


Jajuk is a Java music organizer for all platforms. The main goal of this
project is to provide a fully-featured application to advanced users with
large or scattered music collections. Jajuk supports MP3, OGG Vorbis, AU,
AIFF, WAV and SPEEX audio formats.

Changes in this version include:

New Features:

o Digital DJ feature
o Collection reorganizer with pattern
o Wikipedia View (Windows only)
o Korean langpack
o CDDB retagging available for albums in addition to directories
o Statistics View upgrades
o Now possible to perform fast refreshes manualy
o Many quality agent improvements + anonymization (thanks Jerome Fortain)
o Device wizard now directly accessible from device toolbar (thanks Jerome
o New editable switch button in table views (thanks Jerome Fortain)
o Using of stars for rating in tables. Actual value is accessible using
tooltips (thanks Jerome Fortain)
o Devices path and type now editable: possible to move a device without
recreating it (thanks Jerome Fortain)
o Better cross-fade experience (no more volume gaps)
o Artists auto-completed combo boxes (in edition mode) in tables and in
Properties wizard
o Parameter view refactoring to use more sliders (thanks Laurent WITKOWSKI)
o Played tracks in bold in tree views (thanks Laurent WITKOWSKI)
o Queue now visible in Player perspective (thanks Guy_M)
o Now possible to select columns in playlist editor

Fixed bugs:

o CDDB rettaging doesn't work if using custom properties
o Randomly, jajuk can launch wrong track in playlist editor view when double


o Relooked first time wizard
o German, Spanish and Catalan langpacks upgrade
o Changed rating method (see playing music page on doc, thanks Jerome
