Hi!  I just want to drop a note that I downloaded JAIMBot last night and am 
very happy with the quality of the jaim code base.

I had been using an irc / imirc solution to run a dinky little custom bot 
for AIM written in perl.  The bot was being disconnected from the AIM server 
at least once a day, so I was looking around for something better.

I very much appreciate the simplicity and robustness of jaim, and I'm glad 
you guys included the bare-bones EchoExample code.  It was downright simple 
for me to slightly tweak that example to invoke my existing perl script and 
forward its output.  The best part is that I didn't have to sift through the 
jaim code base to start using jaim -- which is definitely the exception, not 
the rule, as far as these things go.

I was so inspired, I thought I might try to expose the bot through Yahoo 
Messenger, as well.  The couple of YMsg libraries I found don't approach the 
ease of use of jaim.
