#15 Messages that are too long
It would be nice if somewhere along the line, messages
longer than aol will accept would be automatically split
and sent as two separate messages, it seems to me this
would be easy to do with stringtokenizer, I just can't
seem to track down where exactly it happens....
The only place I've noticed this come into play is if
1) a posted message to a list or a told message is right
on the edge, the bot will chop off the last few letters
2) when typing the "user" command and listing all the
current users
it would be best addressed at the sendmessage routine,
but I can't seem to find where exactly it's located
