Ok, another fix, (this file is called ppp-io-update-1.2.tar.gz for those netscape saving challanged, you know who you are). Just like in GPM, the /dev directory gets over writen at EVERY boot, so having the modem device set to /dev/modem is a Bad Idea<tm> I blame devfs <glare>. Anyway, this changes etc/ppp/ppp-up to look at /dev/ttyS0 and not /dev/modem. enjoy! (you can just edit your /etc/ppp/ppp-up if you have already downloaded this patch before)

Ok, another fix, I'm an idiot.. what can I say? I left out a timeout, and countered it with a initial 130sec timeout. This one is named ppp-io-update-1.3.tar.gz, enjoy!
