#1 make jail work with NIS

Jail didn't work with NIS et. al. (at least not for
me), because it reads passwd information from
/etc/passwd. With this patch, it reads passwd info from
the getpwuid() system call outside of the jail and from
the jailed /etc/passwd inside.
