The new build system doesn't have a working install
target in the generated Makefile - make it

When making installable libraries, depend on
alread-installed libraries for as far as we depend on
libraries: i.e. have libcontain (for example) depend on an
installed libmemory and libthread. This will make it
possible to release separate source packages for each of the
libraries
