#6 ER: Channel display {TextArea} options

- Implement a better default channel / chat area rendering.

- Add support for a plug-in interface for this
functionality, so other people can create interfaces to
mimic their old chat environment, like X-Chat, Zirzon,
MIRC, etc.

- Add options to more easily change the L & F of the
chat area, such as color coding for lines and FG / BG.

- Possibly add support for replacement of character
expressions with Images (:) with smiley face image).

A plugin interface won't be implemented. I'm thinking about using the
jEdit text editor control, though, which would allow switching between
the known Jaic Wain interface and an XChat kind of interface.
