When users quit a channel or the IRC network in general, display
their nick in the user list in a red font for a customizable amount of
time. Similarly, display the name of new users in green for just the
same time. This way, the user can safely turn off join, part and quit
messages. (thanks to bugstar of the #Java channel who
suggested this one)
