pexm

JAGS module for the Piecewise Exponential (PE) distribution.

Provides distribution and related functions for the random variable T ~ PE(lambda,tau), where "lambda" is a vector of rates and "tau" is the time grid vector.

The reader should refer to the reference below for some details about extending JAGS and for instructions on how to build, compile and install a new module:
