Hello,

Is there a particular reason why you aren't using the approach of a public source tree, but instead publish zip files managed in directories? This feels like a huge waste of effort that could be "automated" by using correct Software Versioning?
If the source code is published as source tree, others can easily fork and maybe contribute; now, any contribution will have to be done by means of a patch.
