SWAT-530 - Set Jaffa up to use ivy to publish jars to the nexus repository. This is now set up to publish to the snapshots, releases and a local developer's repository from the command line ant build.

JAFFA-287 and CR-JAFFA-93 - With HTML 5, the css class specified is case-sensitive. Instead of changing GridTag.java to refer to "userGridPopupMenu" instead of "UserGridPopupMenu", changed the css files in our module to refer to "UserGridPopupMenu" instead of "userGridPopupMenu".
