Changed repository pattern to use artifact name only for ivy publishing.

SWAT-530 - Set Jaffa up to use ivy to publish jars to the nexus repository. This is now set up to publish to the snapshots, releases and a local developer's repository from the command line ant build.

JAFFA-287 and CR-JAFFA-93 - With HTML 5, the css class specified is case-sensitive. Instead of changing GridTag.java to refer to "userGridPopupMenu" instead of "UserGridPopupMenu", changed the css files in our module to refer to "UserGridPopupMenu" instead of "userGridPopupMenu".

SWAT-477 - changes for connection pooling implementation

JAFFA-286 and CR-JAFFA-87 - The align attribute of <tr> is not supported in HTML5. We need to use CSS instead. Defined a class "foldingsectionleft" which could be referred in a css file and have the style as "text-align: left;".
Defined a class "foldingsectionpad" for the <td> attribute for padding the contents of a standard cell in an HTML table. This class could be referred in a css file and have the style as "padding-left: 3px;"

Update the event adapter configuration file to use the "capacity" field name rather than "queue size".
