Add the ability to delete from the J_EVENT_TRANSACTION_ERRORS table from the EventViewer.jsp. Also add the ability to resubmit only the selected events rather than all of the events.

CR-JAFFA-53 - When a UOW is rolled back, delete events from the DB and Journal since they are no longer going to be processed. The submitted event counter should not be decremented since it is only incremented when an event is sent to the consumer.
