Readded the EventTransactionRecovery.processJournalEvent(..) in the journalViewer.jsp - the method now exists after checking in missing file.

CR-JAFFA-53 - When a UOW is rolled back, delete events from the DB and Journal since they are no longer going to be processed. The submitted event counter should not be decremented since it is only incremented when an event is sent to the consumer.
