Commit [r8129] Maximize Restore History

JAFFA-264 / SWAT-135 / CR-JAFFA-48 - Rewmove the "Status" field from the EventTransaction object. Update all sql scripts, xml files and models as necessary. Delete completed events rather than update the status to "D" and deleting them on a timer.
