JAFFA-256 - Update the name of the EVENT_TRANSACTION and EVENT_TRANSACTION_ERROR tables to follow the Jaffa naming convention. The new names are J_EVENT_TRANSACTIONS and J_EVENT_TRANSACTION_ERRORS.
