GOLD-21891: Update version of the xmltask

GOLD-21891: Add two new methods added in Java 1.7 (closeOnCompletion and isCloseOnCompletion) for PreparedStatement.

1) Created event.xsd for outbound JMS topic events with name space.
2) Generated java stubs from event.xsd.
3) Created new EventMessageService helper class to convert the QueueMessage to topic EventMessage.
4) Modified the JmsClientHelper to set additional JMS header property if the payload has EventMessage.HeaderParams.
5) Deprecated SOAEventMessage since xsd driven EventMessage created.
