Upgrading export to excel functionality to use apache POI libraries. This enables us to create genuine OOXML documents which do not create errors when opened in Excel.
Added jquery and update poi jars.
Modified /branches/JAFFA_5_15_RELEASE/JaffaCore/source/java/org/jaffa/presentation/portlet/widgets/taglib/GridTag.java
