Commit [r7068] Maximize Restore History

- Added getModifiedSubstore method to Record.js

- onDetailOk of the GridDetailContainer, it checks if a substore is modified and if so, it marks the record as dirty.
- updated the rendering of the master column for a tree node to have the dirty cell css when the any field or substore on the record has been modified.
